We believe that the key to incredible pizza starts with the base and nothing can rival the depth of flavour of a sourdough pizza. Exclusively developed for our Wembley bakery school, by the end of the workshop you’ll be equipped with the tools to make delicious sourdough pizza dough to be transformed into authentic tasting pizzas and a few other classic Italian delights such as stromboli filled with creamy mozzarella and prosciutto or herbed grissini.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
Allergen information: this course uses wheat, rye, dairy, egg, nuts and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
