Embark on a South American baking adventure with this classic duo 

Join us as we delve into the art of crafting Empanadas, a beloved South American treat, alongside a decadent Dulce de Leche sponge pudding.

Under the expert guidance of our baker, you’ll learn the secrets behind creating the perfect dough and flavorful filling for your empanadas. From the intricate crimping to the characteristic shaping, you’ll master each step before watching your creations bake to golden perfection.

To accompany your empanadas, we’ll be serving up a zesty herb condiment that adds a real burst of flavour. And to round off the workshop, you’ll create a light sponge pudding drizzled generously with Dulce de Leche caramel sauce and walnuts. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have crafted a South American feast fit for sharing with your fellow bakers.

This course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.

This workshop runs for 2 hours.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.

Note: All minors under the age of 12  may not attend as the class and equipment will not be suitable for their needs. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult. If at any point during the workshop the tutor believes the child is causing a disruption to the class, he/she will ask both the adult and child to leave.
