Two beloved Argentinian pies to take your picnic baking up a notch.

Under the guidance of our expert baker, you’ll learn the secrets behind creating the perfect dough and delicious fillings for your empanadas. From delicate crimping to precise shaping, you’ll master each step before watching your creations bake to golden perfection.

To complement your picnic spread, our expert will also guide you in creating an authentic Argentinian jam tart. Not only will you make the jam yourselves but you’ll also practice your pastry skills as we walk you through a lattice finish on your pie.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have crafted a South American-inspired picnic, all you need now is a sunny day!

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
