Over the course of 2 hours, our expert baker will guide you through the intricate techniques needed to create two iconic Spanish desserts: a large, fluffy Ensaimada and a rich, creamy Flan.

Under the guidance of our skilled instructor, you’ll learn the art of working with enriched dough to craft the perfect Ensaimada. You’ll prepare the dough a day in advance, ready for stretching, rolling and baking the next day. Enhance your Ensaimada with a luscious crème pâtissière filling, enhancing this delightful Spanish pastry. 

Next, dive into the velvety smoothness of a classic Spanish Flan. Learn the essential skills of caramelising sugar, creating a silky custard, and baking it to perfection. 

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have created delicious Spanish treats in your own kitchen, ready to enjoy with family and friends!

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.
