Summer Bakes perfect for those warmer (or not so) evenings               

Learn to bake light and pillowy flatbreads & the classic summer dessert Eton Mess.        

We’ll be guiding you through the process of making pitta style flatbreads, a wonderfully light bread ideal for Summer dining. Alongside our expert baker you’ll get to grips with the kneading, proving and shaping process before baking. You’ll even get to taste your freshly baked flatbreads with some dips, salads and sides.

As the season of Great British strawberries is upon us, what better way to celebrate than with a classic dessert? Learn the secrets of crafting crisp meringues from scratch, then indulge in the joy of assembling this decadent layered treat. Whether enjoyed in class or taken for a delightful picnic along the river, this dessert is the perfect finale to this workshop.
