Learn to make sweet sourdough bakes, including our customers favourite, cinnamon rolls.

Explore new areas of sourdough baking in our sweet sourdough online workshop. We’ll be making everyone’s favourite enriched treat, sourdough cinnamon scrolls. You will also learn how to create cake, yes cake, using sourdough starter with a pear and chocolate sponge. 

Alongside our expert bakers you’ll gain the knowledge to create sweet bakes using sourdough starter and baking methods. You’ll understand the key principles in natural fermentation and how to work with this in sweet enriched doughs and cakes. 

NOTE: This workshop is designed for bakers of all skill level, but there is some homework to complete before the workshop. We would recommend some prior knowledge and experience of sourdough baking. If you have taken either our introduction to sourdough or our sourdough masterclass you will easily be able to complete the homework.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list.

The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
