In this half-day workshop, you will learn to make three delicious classic tarts – a lemon meringue, Scandinavian blueberry and custard, and also a treacle tart.
Sweet pastry can be tricky for home bakers and in this class you will be expertly guided through the entire process from making the dough to rolling it out and achieving that perfect bake. You will also get the chance to bake a more unusual rye sweet pastry when creating the Scandinavian tart.
Our expert baker will take you through the process of creating and baking three distinct fillings, giving you the chance to practise your technical skills.
By the end of this class, you will have mastered sweet pastry and have a selection of classic tarts to take home with you.
