This a very special cake, known as a fatless or Genoise sponge, Swiss roll is known for its lightness which makes it a wonderful cake for Summer. Get your whisks at the ready, we will be whipping up the delicate sponge cake and plenty of cream before filling this beautiful rolled cake with jam and fresh berries.

Baking Club starts at 10am and 12pm, we’ll send you a ZOOM invite 2 days prior.
