Indian cooking is so rich with regional recipes, variations and flavours but we can all agree that a classic dal recipe is a must have. In this online cooking class you’ll create a delicious tadka dal, a garlic and spice infused lentil curry cooked with creamy coconut milk and fresh tomatoes.

We’ll be serving ours with homemade spinach and onion pakoras and a fragrant green chutney (hari sauce). Alongside our expert chef you’ll learn all about infusing flavour into your cooking with spices, perfectly cooked rice every time and achieving a creamy and flavoursome lentil curry.
