A unique opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Bread Ahead baker, this is the ultimate in behind the scenes baking. Our full day workshop will grant you exclusive access to our Wembley bakery, working alongside our expert team you will learn exactly how an artisan bakery functions. Together with our head baker you will mix, shape, prove and bake sourdough bread on a commercial level, produce cinnamon buns from scratch and our signature Bread Ahead doughnuts.

You will be welcomed by owner and baker Matthew Jones, with over 25 years of baking expertise this will be a unique opportunity to put your questions to Matthew directly. This course is perfect for any experienced baker that is looking to challenge themselves and achieve greater insight and proficiency in a professional artisan bakery.

This course will be limited to two participants per workshop, lunch will be provided.
