In this workshop, you will create three unique and festive biscuits: gingerbread and caramel sandwich biscuits, pistachio & chocolate cookies, as well as savoury parmesan & rosemary sticks. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just starting out, this workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to add a touch of holiday cheer to their kitchen.

Each of these bakes will develop your knowledge of biscuit doughs from the classic cookie to the more delicate gingerbread, our Expert Baker will guide you through each step, ensuring success.

You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to re-create these beautiful and delicious biscuits that are perfect for gifting or serving to your friends and family.

This course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
