There’s nothing better than proper old-fashioned buttered white sliced bread and juicy sausages, with a dollop of your favourite sauce (red or brown, the debate is on!). Breakfast, lunch or tea, this is undeniably one of the nation’s most beloved sandwiches.
Come and learn how to make your own white tin loaf of bread, fill and tie Ginger Pig’s famous Old Spot pork sausages and also a classic Italian sausage. Relax at the end with a delicious hot sausage sandwich and a well-earned cup of tea. You also get to take the 3kg of sausages you have made and your freshly baked loaf home with you.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 4 hours. Start with the Bread Ahead Bakery team and then move next door to work with Ginger Pig’s in-house sausage team.
Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy and sulphites. Pork, Salt, White pepper, Nutmeg, Fresh garlic, Fennel seeds, Sea salt, Table salt, Black pepper. Ingredients are gluten free, however these have been made in the same production unit using other ingredients. May contain gluten.
