Classic Turkish Sweet and Savoury Bakes in Two Hours 

Learn to bake the traditional Turkish street food; pide and a signature semolina cake in this evening workshop in Wembley.    

A light and delicious flatbread, pide can be found in many variations all over Turkey. This iconic bake is typically filled with cheese, minced lamb and spices or a whole egg, you’ll learn how to make this delicious savoury bake from start to finish. The dough is made with plain flour and enriched with a little olive oil which creates a beautifully light bake.

Semolina cakes are typical across the Middle East, you’ll learn to make a traditional syrup infused version. This is the perfect dessert to enjoy after you’ve baked and tasted your pide, you’ll have plenty of time to sit and eat the Turkish bakes you’ve made alongside our expert baker.
