Dive into the art of croissant making from start to finish, master the techniques of puff pastry and brioche, and explore a variety of delicious creations from these doughs. We’ll be creating almond croissants, pain aux raisins, apple turnovers, morning buns, delightfully light brioche and much more. Over the course of two days you’ll be guided through the art of lamination, so that you leave with the skills, knowledge and confidence to re-create puff pastry and croissant based products perfectly at home.

This course uses wheat, dairy, nuts and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.

This workshop runs over two days and takes place between 10:00am and 4:30pm and includes lunch each day.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, but we do recommend that you have some prior experience making either croissants or puff pastry to get the most out of the content.
