Join our exclusive two-day viennoiserie trial workshop, open to just ten participants. Dive into the art of croissant making from start to finish, master the techniques of puff pastry and brioche, and explore a variety of delicious creations from these doughs. We’ll be creating almond croissants, pain aux raisins, apple turnovers, morning buns, delightfully light brioche and much more.

This trial run is a unique opportunity to enhance your baking skills under expert guidance. Your feedback at the end will help us refine and perfect our workshop for future sessions. We are offering this trial workshop at half price, we simply ask that participants appreciate we may make a few ad hoc changes as we go and that we will be asking for their feedback at the end of the second day.

It takes place between 10:00am and 4:30pm and includes lunch each day (Monday & Tuesday).

This workshop is suitable for all levels, but we do recommend that you have some prior experience making either croissants or puff pastry to get the most out of the content.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy, nuts and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
