2024 Pilot, What you need to know

Our debut programme of the Bread Ahead Academy presents an unparalleled opportunity for six budding bakers to embark on a transformative culinary journey, entirely tuition-free. This initiative is designed to empower aspiring talents, nurturing their passion for baking into a profession.

Through an immersive curriculum curated by our industry experts, participants will delve into the intricacies of baking, mastering techniques from the fundamentals through to the most current bakes. With industry level facilities at their disposal and personalised mentorship, each student will receive tailored guidance to harness their potential and refine their skills. As we aim to cultivate the next generation of baking professionals, we invite aspiring bakers to seize this rare opportunity and begin their journey towards baking excellence.

Throughout the entirety of the six-month programme, pilot participants will be integral contributors, providing valuable feedback that will shape the future of our academy. Their insights and experiences will be instrumental in refining and optimising our curriculum to ensure its efficacy and relevance. Moreover, commitment to the full duration of the programme is essential, as participants will not only benefit from comprehensive learning but also contribute significantly to the collective learning experience of their peers and the future of this programme.
