Baker’s Pass Terms & Conditions

1. WHAT THESE TERMS COVER
1.1 These terms outline the terms and conditions with us for The Baker’s Pass Memberships.
1.2 Our contract with you includes these terms and the Bread Ahead Terms and Conditions. Please read all applicable terms before Purchasing the Baker’s Pass.

3. PURCHASING THE BAKER’S PASS
3.1 You can purchase the Baker’s Pass on the Bread Ahead Website.

3.2 By Purchasing the Baker’s Pass, you confirm:
3.2.1 you are at least 18 years old (and the recipient is at least 18 years old if you are Purchasing for a Gift);
3.2. if you are buying a Baker’s Pass as a Gift, you will draw these terms to the Member’s attention (or if the Member is under 18, the Member’s parent or guardian)
3.3 Once you have made the purchase, we will email you with confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for your Baker’s Pass Card to be sent in the post to the address you provided to us when purchasing.

4. OUR BAKER’S PASS BENEFITS

4.1 The list below shows a summary of the Baker’s Pass key terms. Please note this is not an exhaustive list of the terms that apply to each Baker’s Pass.

Minimum period: 12 months
Baker’s Pass fee: £285
Price per month on Monthly plan: Option not available
Number of Bread Ahead workshops per year: 4 x half day or 2 x full day workshops per year which can only be redeemed Wednesday to Friday

Benefits:

20% off all additional workshop bookings
20% discount at our London bakeries & Wembley restaurant
20% off gift vouchers
Free box of six doughnuts on your birthday**
Access to Bread Ahead live Expert Baker Masterclasses (free to attend for members)

4.2 You can make workshop bookings via www.breadahead.com/courses. The allowance can only be used for booking workshops Wednesday to Friday only.

4.3 Baker’s Pass Workshop Allowance and Discounts can only be used for the duration of the Baker’s Pass
4.4 Once a Member’s free Workshop Allowance is used up, they will receive 20% off any additional workshop bookings on any day of the week by using their unique discount code

4.5 Discounts. All Members are entitled to receive 20% off the price of their food and drink at all our Bread Ahead bakeries and our Wembley restaurant (only available in-Bread Ahead). This discount is for the Member and up to 3 guests. All food and drink is subject to availability.

4.6 Discounts can only be claimed for purchases made by the Member themselves (if the discount applies) and a valid Baker’s Pass Card must be presented at the time of using the discount in our physical store . Discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions. Our usual Bread Ahead Terms and Conditions apply.

4.7. Baker’s Pass Members can claim a free box of six doughnuts on their birthday. This must be pre-arranged by contacting the team using the details in 2.1 and sending a copy of an official ID with proof of their date of birth. The doughnuts must be collected in-store by the Member at a nominated Bread Ahead bakery.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 You can pay by credit or debit card;
5.2 The Baker’s Pass will terminate at the end of the Minimum Period and you will need to purchase a new Baker’s Pass.

6. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION BY US
6.1 We can suspend your Baker’s Pass if any of the following occur at any time;
6.1.1 if you breach any of the Bread Ahead Terms and Conditions.
6.1.2 in the event of fraudulent or significant misuse of your Baker’s Pass

7. AFTER TERMINATION
7.1 On termination, your Baker’s Pass will end with immediate effect and we will deactivate your Baker’s Pass Number and your Baker’s Pass Card. All advance bookings you have made will be void and cancelled.

8. LOST, STOLEN, DEFECTIVE AND REPLACEMENT CARDS
8.1 If you lose your physical card, for security reasons, we will not be able to replace them, so you will not be able to use your discount in-store.

9. GIFT BAKER’S PASS
9.1 Bread Ahead gifts of Baker’s Pass memberships are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Unused credit cannot be extended after expiration date.

12. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
12.1 If you wish to request a change to your Baker’s Pass or these terms, please contact us using the contact details at clause 2.1. However, please note that we are under no obligation to agree to your request.

13. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
13.1 We will always post any notice of amendments to these terms or your Baker’s Pass on the Bread Ahead Website.
13.2 Where such changes are significant, unusual or detrimental to you, then we will write to you giving you 60 days’ notice of the change before it takes effect.
