If you are unhappy or change your mind about your order you can request a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to initiate a return please contact email@example.com, providing your order number, the item/s you’d like to return. A member of our team will get back to you to confirm receipt of the returns request.
We advise sending your return via a tracked and signed service, the cost of the return postage is payable by the customer. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.
