Returns

If you are unhappy or change your mind about your order you can request a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to initiate a return please contact online@breadahead.com, providing your order number, the item/s you’d like to return. A member of our team will get back to you to confirm receipt of the returns request.

We advise sending your return via a tracked and signed service, the cost of the return postage is payable by the customer. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Customs Charges

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are raised once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges raised in relation to customs clearance will be your responsibility. In placing your order you accept that Bread Ahead has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
