In this evening workshop, you’ll make a duo of proper beer hall snacks: chewy, golden soft pretzels, crisp deep-fried pickles and a tangy homemade ranch dressing to go with them. You’ll learn the technique behind baking soda-bathed pretzel dough for that classic shine and chew, plus the basics of batter, frying and building a balanced dip from scratch. By the end, you’ll have a handful of crowd-pleasing recipes built for sharing, best enjoyed with a cold beer in hand.
This special trial workshop is offered at a 50% discount, making it the perfect opportunity to explore new flavours.
Please note, this is a trial workshop and timings and bakes may differ and need to be adjusted as the workshop progresses.
