Alongside our expert bakers you’ll learn how to make the ultimate hamper of bakes, sweet treats and savoury delights perfect for gifting.
You’ll bake traditional pork pies using a traditional hot water crust, butter rich spiced shortbread, a seasonal selection of chutney and jam ideal for your cheese platters or your homemade pork pies. The perfect partners for your homemade chutneys and a seasonal cheeseboard you’ll create some delicious crackers and savoury cheese biscuits. Of course no Christmas hamper is complete without a classic stollen and we’ll make sure to keep the mulled wine gently infusing in the background, ready to be bottled and beautifully packaged into your very own Bread Ahead hamper.
Workshop numbers are limited to ten people.
