This is more than just a doughnut; it’s a hands-on adventure into the heart of our Borough Market bakery. Guided by our expert team, you’ll shape and pipe your own legendary Crème Brûlée doughnut. From mastering the shaping to perfecting the piping, you’ll get an insider’s look at how we make the magic happen, with plenty of chances to get stuck in.

Along the way, we’ll share the story of this cult-favourite treat —before sitting down to enjoy your creation with a well-earned coffee. Plus you’ll get to take home four of your own Crème Brûlée doughnuts to savour!

This session runs for approximately 90 minutes.

This session is suitable for all levels of experience.

Note: All minors under the age of 12  may not attend as the class and equipment will not be suitable for their needs. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult. If at any point during the workshop the tutor believes the child is causing a disruption to the class, he/she will ask both the adult and child to leave.
