We’re getting the Christmas party table ready.

During this workshop you’ll prepare your very own rough puff pastry to make herbed pork sausage rolls, cheese twists and an absolute classic party treat, vol au vents.

We’re certain you’ll never buy ready made puff pastry again!

 

We will discuss vegetarian options during the workshop, however we are not able to provide alternative fillings for the sausage rolls.

 

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
