Create a momentous baking moment with us, we’ll be making a giant focaccia together.

Our Future Baker participants will work together to help us shape, garnish and bake a giant focaccia to be enjoyed by all. Not only will this spark a little joy and creativity, it brings together everything our Future Bakers project is about, quality baking, education, community and of course fun.

This event is designed for young bakers, each child will need to be joined by an adult throughout the session – as this is a free event we have limited bookings to one child (the adult is automatically enrolled) so that as many young people can join us on the day.

This course uses wheat & rye. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.

This session runs for approximately one hour.

This session is suitable for all levels of experience, each child must be supported by an adult throughout the event.
