Velvety, creamy, and lightly caramelised—this healthier take on the classic Basque cheesecake is paired with a sugar-free fruit compote for a naturally sweet finish. Soft, gooey, and spiced to perfection our low sugar cinnamon buns are made with dates and wholegrain flour for a wholesome twist on a classic favourite. Rich, fudgy, and deeply chocolatey brownies are a dream come true for chocoholics looking to cut back on sugar.

This course uses wheat, dairy, nuts and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
