Let’s celebrate Easter with beautiful hot cross buns.

There’s something about this quintessential bake that fills us with nostalgia and childhood memories of baking.

We only produce hot cross buns for one month in the lead up to Easter, these are wonderful freshly baked, so join us online and learn how to create them yourself at home.

We’ll be baking traditional Bread Ahead hot cross buns studded with mixed peel, fruit and spices. By the end of this workshop you’ll have developed your enriched dough making skills, the perfect shaping of rolls and some piping techniques for good meausre, not to mention a fresh batch of delectable hot cross buns.

During the live workshop we will bake: HOT CROSS BUNS WITH CITRUS GLAZE

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list.

The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
