One of our most popular workshops at the bakery school is our Italian baking course, and with good reason. Not only are the breads we produce delicious but they’re incredibly fun to make and can be extremely versatile. Get your sleeves rolled up and let’s get baking.
During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: FOCACCIA, CIABATTA, GRISSINI.
The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2.5 hours.
