Junior Baking: Peach Cobbler

This wonderful fruity pudding is a tasty cross between a crumble and a sponge, we know our Junior Bakers will love it. Soft baked fruits covered with a generous layer of sponge cake, a crunchy sweet topping and served with plenty of mascarpone whipped cream! Gudria will be sharing her tips on how to create this seasonal pudding with just a few store cupboard ingredients, you can easily swap the fruits for your favourites or what’s in season.
