Weeknight cooking has never been so appealing! In this evening dining experience, we will create a taste of Italy together, with a menu of Roman style pizza and a classic tiramisu.

Even if you’ve tried pizza making at home before, chances are you may not have created a ‘Roman’ pizza which involves a slightly different technique, and is also rectangular in shape. Once this tasty Roman street snack is baked, you will add your choice of fresh toppings, and immediately enjoy it with your fellow bakers.

Make sure you leave room for dessert however, as you will also learn to make the perfect tiramisu that you can take home to indulge in later, (but don’t worry we’ll have some ready for you to enjoy after pizza).

This course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.

This workshop runs for 2 hours.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.

Note: All minors under the age of 12  may not attend as the class and equipment will not be suitable for their needs. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult. If at any point during the workshop the tutor believes the child is causing a disruption to the class, he/she will ask both the adult and child to leave.
