Learn to make golden, crispy, flavourful savoury filo swirls, layered with buttery filo pastry and filled with a rich mix of feta, spinach. Each swirl is topped with sesame or poppy seeds for the perfect crunch. Join us and learn how to create a delicious balance of creamy, crispy, and savoury in every bite.
