Discover the flavours of Sicily in this three-hour workshop, where you’ll make some of the island’s most iconic sweet treats from scratch.

From crisp, freshly fried cannoli to soft brioche served with refreshing granita, Sicily is famous for its rich baking traditions and vibrant flavours. In this hands-on workshop, our Expert Baker will guide you through the techniques behind these beloved classics.

You will make traditional cannoli, frying your own shells before filling them with creamy ricotta and decorating them with pistachios, glazed cherries and chocolate chips. You’ll also bake brioche col tuppo, the signature Sicilian brioche bun, which will be served with a refreshing strawberry granita prepared by your teacher during the class. Finally, you’ll make Toto Sicilian lemon biscuits, tender lemon biscuits finished with a zesty lemon icing.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a selection of authentic Sicilian bakes, along with the skills and recipes to recreate a taste of Sicily at home.

This special trial workshop is offered at a 50% discount, making it the perfect opportunity to explore new flavours.

Please note, this is a trial workshop and timings and bakes may differ and need to be adjusted as the workshop progresses.
