Join us in person for another weeknight dining experience with your fellow bakers. In this class, we will master both sweet and savoury pastry, creating a cheese & onion galette, and also a chocolate frangipane tartlet. 

Together we will make the free-form galette pastry, based on a typical shortcrust but our Bread Ahead recipe will give it an extra flake! 

Creating a sweet pastry can be tricky, but we will help you to master this skill in just over two hours, resulting in a delicious dinner you can enjoy right then and there with your classmates.

This evening experience not only helps you to master different types of pastry, you’ll also make your dinner and have lots of fun doing it!

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 2 – 2.5 hours.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
