Martin Chiffers International Pastry Consultant, Captain & Chocolate Candidate of The UK Pastry Team, who ranked 4th In “The World Pastry Cup, (Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie) 2023“, shares some of his favourite afternoon tea cake recipes.

The world today sees an ever-growing demand for pastries and cakes suitable for Celiac and Gluten intolerance. With this in mind Martin will share the secrets to making afternoon tea cakes and pastries that are almost so similar or unidentifiable to the originals but without the gluten.

In this workshop you will make:Raspberry Rose & White Chocolate Pistachio Macaron (GF), Lemon Posset Seasonal Berries, Vanilla Shortbread Batons (GF).

This baking workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 4 hours.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
