After spending many years working in Korea and Japan, Martin will share his secrets of popular and favourite Korean and Japanese breads, buttery coconut sweet bread, the popular Korean Soboro and Mammoth, mouth watering Korean garlic cheese bread and super soft Japanese Hokkaido Milk Bread.

This baking workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 4 hours.
Allergen information: this course uses wheat, egg, dairy and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alternations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
