Martin will share some of his favourite timeless French classics. Beautiful Brioche Tarte Tropézienne gently soaked with orange blossom and filled with vanilla cream diplomat, Craquelin au chocolat brioche loaded with chocolate pieces, and the unforgettable Vanilla & Chocolate Canelé but elevated to another level with chocolate and various toppings.

This baking workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 4 hours.
Allergen information: this course uses wheat, egg, dairy and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alternations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
